No Fix, No Fee

If SouthGrid Tech cannot fix the issue, there is no labour charge for that unsuccessful service attempt.

• Hardware, software, licences and third-party purchases are not included in the no-fix-no-fee promise.
• If further work is required outside the original issue, we will explain that before continuing.
• Quoted project work or larger jobs may be handled under separate terms.
